Fantastic Company - Office Coordinator AcctKnowledge Employee Review

I was hired on with a 90 day contract and it turned in to a permanent position with a great company.

As a temp there are no health benefits

They boast great jobs and promising opportunities online that they are currently hiring for ASAP with fantastic compensation! Music to a person's ears when they have been job hunting for months in a currently very competitive job market in Tulsa. Finally you have hope!

Those awesome jobs they post online? They don't exist. They get you excited to come in by saying they received your resume and have a couple of fabulous jobs you'd be excellent for and they pay ____ (a lot more than you'd expect. Basically more bait to get you excited and in the door to fill out a bunch of paperwork and interview with them "as soon as possible!"). Oh whoops! Those jobs have "pending hires" or they haven't heard back yet from the exciting jobs they say they have, but they'll be sure keep you on file. They just want to get you in the door and registered so that if a position happens to appear that you'd be qualified for, they have you available. Its a numbers game and they need to add your name to their list of "candidates I spoke to" to keep their own jobs. They don't tell you it could be months for those opportunities to come to fruition, if at all. Most likely, you won't ever hear from them again. Very discouraging.
