If you're looking for a job where you can collect a paycheck for doing nothing, look elsewhere. Hard work is the standard and working your tail off is rewarded exceptionally well. If you want to come to work and be surrounded by talented, friendly, super fun people who work hard and want you to succeed as much as they want to succeed themselves, then this is the place for you. I love working in a place where I can be such great friends with my coworkers and relax and have fun both in and outside the office, while still knowing I can trust them to bring it 110% when it's time to get down to business.
