It's okay to fail & make mistakes here as long as you learn from those failures. - Founders have gone through startup process before with a successful exits so they know what they're doing. - Employees & Managers are all very empathetic, supporting of one another that make for a healthy work environment. - Product is actually really solid (along with the Engineering Team) so it makes selling easier. Product continues to evolve and get better and better.

- You cannot skate by at this company. If you are not hard working, do not want to work cross-departmentally or in a team setting, do not want to take on projects outside of your normal realm, or if you're not honest with yourself and others; then, don't work here. It's not possible to fly under the radar - If that's your intention you'll have a bad experience. - You need to be able to self-motivate, self-organize, and self-discipline. If you're someone who can't do that you'll have a rough time here or at any other smaller startup.
