Pros
- almost competitive pay - has benefits, albeit pricey
Cons
- extremely disorganized! Most of the technology is over a decade old, some much much older. The bulk of the company was built up very wild-west style and you will pay for their lack of care. See toxic communication when attempting to bring some organization to their mess. - toxic communication when communication does occur, it could be years before hearing anything positive regarding job performance, getting anyone to second glance work performed if your unsure or you may be provided flat out wrong info just to see how you handle that loophole. - alot of not telling you whats going on in favor of extending job security, namely when it comes to fraud issues. There are a handful of individuals that are clued into what is happening, but they will guard that info to the death. Seems the Seattle crew is given lots of perks that are completely absent for others. I've seen newhires sent bottles of liquor and treated like kings while they don't care to even tell others what their actual job role is. - promises to provide you with the tools necessary to complete your job, without actually providing anything meaningful. Get ready to step on several landmines and have your crew laugh at your mistakes, wonderfully toxic. - guaranteed retaliation for bringing these issues up to your manager, the folks here are very buddy buddy right down to the HR lady and have no desire to alter their behavior, so good luck getting productive changes to occur.
