Paycheck and very good benefits

Nobody cares about you or will work with you. Management will tell you that employees are their main concern. In reality all they care about are the number of butts in seats and billable time. They have people working there who do nothing but clients are billed for their time so nobody cares what they do. When you ask for help you are told you are the one with the problem. They continue to lose long term members who have seen the company morale go downhill as management continues to break their promises.

Generally a flexible place to work. Good people. Lots of cool things to work on.

Salaries need to improve and the bonus plan is a joke... when you look at the details of the bonus plan it is very unfair to a lot of employees because they have no ability to achieve a bonus anyway since it depends on billable hours and nothing else which is not controlled by the employees.
