Work from home, decent benefits

Cons

Very high call volume, inconsistent training, high turnover, no opportunities for growth. There is nothing you can do to help the patients and even if you’re on a “dedicated team” you are still taking general specialty calls so there is no point. They want the calls under a certain time but have 100 questions to ask the patients who are already irritated and don’t want to be on the phone.

Pros

Remote job. Some flexibility with opportunity to flex schedule when needed. No weekends or holidays.

Cons

Will be glued to computer all day. Calls with patients are back to back all day. Very repetitive.
