1. Free Access to Online Sales Training. ($99/month savings) 2. You will learn something from the Online Training. 3. Quick Paycheck (seems like they hire almost anyone)
Cons
Immediately you will notice a long list of non-existent previous sales agents. They probably quit when they realized how garbage this place was to work at. 1. NOT a professional workplace. 2. Owner has anger problems... SCREAMS & CURSES way too much. 3. Requires you to watch 3 videos + take tests every day before work. (unpaid) 4. Frequently smells of smoke inside the building. 5. They throw you into sales day 1 before fully teaching you their systems. 6. Does NOT pay over time even though they highly suggest staying late. 7. Advertised hourly is MUCH lower once you calculate the unpaid extra hours. 8. Mandatory jumping jacks every morning at 8am... (icing on the cake) 9. For a "sales job" it can take months before you get a commission. Overall, it's not a healthy work environment and the pay is really bad for new agents.
