1)The team and manager are incredibly supportive, always ready to help in any situation. 2)If you're looking to learn Australian accounting, this is a fantastic place to grow and develop your career. 3)They provide great training opportunities that help enhance your skills while you work. 4)You're not limited to just one role — you can get involved in multiple projects, which keeps things interesting.

1) It would be great if they provided an alternative Saturday off. 2)Keeping the phone in the locker is fine, but sometimes we miss important calls. We can't depend on HR or the manager, and honestly, I don't like the idea of sharing our number with them.

I joined here in July 2024; it was peak season of Tax season in Australia. I have learned a lot, and I feel, it was a good decision to be a part of the NextGen Team. My manager- Ashish sir, is really a good manager. I would recommend this company if you're really enthusiastic and willing to make changes.

Alternative Saturdays are working. That's all I have felt.
