Disconnect between words and actions - Anonymous employee Accounting Seed Employee Review

My internship experience at Accounting Seed was incredible. The team is very talented and was eager to teach and guide throughout my experience there. They made me feel like I was family right away.

Remote work, but that's just my preference to be in-office.

Some wonderful people that work at Accounting Seed. The communication from leadership could be better. We recently had a change of CEO which should help hopefully with encouraging a more open, collaboration communication culture and not a top-down approach.

Leadership is not always open and communicative. Product development was not focused on improving report writing but seems to be finally moving in the right direction. This is a lean company -- could be more efficient with a few more people so that current teams are not stretch so thin--especially in Product.
