Awful, awful, awful. - Anonymous employee Accounting Resources Employee Review

Pros

The pay was good enough if this was a normal job with normal bosses.

Cons

Everything. Bad management, bad culture, unpleasant clients, bad turnover, bad growth potential… the list goes on. Their HR department has completely turned over several times, and that team has only existed for a few years. Management is cartoonishly awful and continue to act surprised anytime someone leaves, despite the fact that the average tenure in HR is very, very low. Don’t work here. It’s not worth it.

Pros

The only pro was when I got to work from home away from HR management or when they were on vacation and I didn’t have to interact with them at all.

Cons

ARI is one of the most toxic workplaces I’ve ever experienced. HR management constantly belittles employees, calls people out during meetings, and creates a hostile environment. It was so bad that tenured employees apologized to me in my first week for taking the job and warned me about what was to come. Turnover is extremely high, yet management brushed it off with excuses like “consulting is hard,” when in reality it’s the toxic culture driving people out. I’ve never worked somewhere where employees openly interviewed for other jobs in the office, all just hoping to escape. The positive reviews here are not reflective of the real experience, notice how many 5-star reviewed were posted back to back. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Honestly, being unemployed would be less stressful than working here.
