Pros
Great training, lots of support from colleagues and management, unbelievable incentives (yacht days, trips abroad...) You're treated like an adult and because it's not a massive corporate business you get much more involved in everything. Clear career progression path, really achievable if you work hard enough.
Cons
None... as long as you understand that it's a sales environment and comes naturally with pressure
