Very flexible with time off. Company managers are off site and you essentially work on you own but see "cons".
Cons
Company manages self storage facilities. You are hired as a property manager at $9 per hour. Forget about the bonus they promise, the income you have to bring to get it constantly changes and is one that is not attainable. Every decision you make you are expected to check in with them first. They don't want managers, they want babysitters. There is nothing to manage but the grounds. Part of your compensation inclues an apartment valued at $1200. This would be great except the $1200 applies to 600 sf place in a ghetto area or a good area. They are not consistent in their expectations of managers and different rules apply to different managers. If they don't like you you can forget about this job, they will make your life miserable. Who needs it for $9 bucks an hour!
