There is no training team in first place to teach and guide the new joiners, and reporting manager doesn't teach things properly then expect the employee to do things on his own After several months the job becomes monotonous, there is less scope of growth Senior level management is not cooperative, some people are very biased HR, Payments, CS and all departments play groupism and favouritism Manager level people take credits from client for the work done by other employees

Nothing as I feel, the Companies are always good and its the people who makes the culture good or bad !!!
