      My team, the people that work here, the mission. Leadership does genuinely care about you. Ability to drive change as the company is just really getting started.

      Cons

      Because the company is just getting started, the change curve can be a lot. I note this as a con, but more of something you have to understand and be ok with working here.

      Mission-driven work. Some good teammates

      Cons

      Engineering standards were weak and code quality poor. Promotions, recognition appeared to favor who spoke the most rather than who delivered strong technical outcomes. Project management felt ineffective with limited ownership. Senior leadership did not seem to prioritize engineering excellence
