      Some team members become like family. Corporate invests in adequate training for management. Optimistic outlook from corporate. 1-2 fun company events a year. Ambitious and knowledgeable CEO and maintenance lead.

      Obvious favoritism and apparent dislike of some staff members by corporate. Rude and inconsiderate owners. Poor work/life balance. Low pay. High ambition with low funds. Everyone is overworked which leads to tension.

      The property and the residents where the only thing that made the job

      Cons

      No training no support the properties are lihtc and compliance Person was just awful would not recommend anyone to work there pay is terrible for the amount of stress and work load
