Pros

-Consistent bi-weekly paycheck (albeit low for what you do in any area of the US you're hired in) -If you're on a supportive team it will make the days easier and they look out for each other (as best as they can) -Above average benefits package for PTO / Health Insurance / FMLA etc, grows exponentially with tenure (as of 2025) -FMLA / disability is taken in stride and allowed, you won't have any sort of gaslighting or bad mouthing or taking a rest if needed usually - Two work from home days (Everyone gets it Friday and you choose another day) -When you're used to the work and how it operates work life balance becomes incredibly easy, clock in, clock out for this department.

Cons

-The whole upper management team, VP's, and executive board including Raj is entirely incompetent of what they want and how they implemented things within the company. It effectively killed it via narcissisms. -Despite the good that the main front line employees do, nothing is ever recognized. Team goes above and beyond? Yeah let's lay off their whole department and then offshore hire people who will be doing worst for 2-3 years until they get to the BASICS of what was before. You'll have to take 2-3 demotions to even try and get back into the company, and pray you keep the same pay. -little to no effective onboarding and training for any front line care person. You're trained and then shoved into a queue with no warm up, and expected to get 100s and A+'s out the gate, which is entirely unreasonable since every situation is different and has many ways of potential escalation or cleaning up someone ELSE's mess. -OFFSHORING CORE COMPONENTS OF THE COMPANY, Good lucky trying to get anything done unless you actually have been in this job area for years because anyone back office is in Prague or South Africa or other offshore sectors and don't know what they're doing (also with better benefits than any US citizen!) -The company has been acquired, so warning to any new hires that if you are sacked within a year it's to mitigate some loss form a near 400-600 million dollar deal (which has been public for a while). Hopefully the new CEO actually is competent, empathetic, and puts employees first and does not do this. - You will only get promotions or any sort of advancement due to who you know. Your metrics could be 100s across the board but they'll hire some random external who knows nothing because it's someone's buddy. Have fun with that and fake it till you make it. Everyone is snakes. - There is a PTO point system. 1 minute late to shift? points into system. When 5 points happens, you're fired. Managers can change your time cards and will screw you over. Use sick and safe to get around this as best as you can or get FMLA to subsidize if you do get sick easily / have situations personal to you. THEY WILL NOT CARE.
