      Pros

      -Family owned & operated -Friendly maintenance crew that is easy to work with -Easy to collaborate with owner -Heavily discounted rent

      Cons

      -Basically no work life balance -Barely any PTO -You will be lied on about not being in the office by their spies when you really are -No remote or hybrid even if it's almost fully occupied and really slow
