Pros

The best part about Acclaro are the people you get to work alongside day in and day out. Everyone is kind to each other, teammates are helpful, and you feel supported. The company is growing and investing in all of the right things. I'm excited to see where they are in 6+ months from now.

Cons

In growth mode which can be bumpy at times but for the right reasons.

Pros

Competitive pay and good benefits (for now) Remove work, unless there's a local office Unlimited time-off, honored by managers

Cons

After the 2023 Merger, the company went drastically downwards, followed by the 2024/2025 complete leadership overhaul, including a new CEO assigned by the private equity. The company is now focused on AI that hasn't been working, but this is what the CEO sold to the private equity. Since mid-2025, there've been continuous layoffs with the remaining workers overloaded: They would let one person go and put their work on another person, who is already overworked. Misogyny: And, the leadership doesn't want to admit it and do anything against it. Follow-the-sun approach, where you have to start your work day early in the morning and end it late at night because your coworkers are all over the world. You can get promotions, bonuses, pay raises only if your manager/leadership favors you! Or, if you're in England where most of the leadership is now at.
