Many dedicated and experienced employees, with great knowledge of industry.

Too much corporate change (M&A) occurring at that time, and management not able to develop or execute a plan to identify or correct branches that had a history of poor performance.

None really, very suprised their branch is still open.

They treat their emoloyees like dirt. Demands were made that required 10-12 days frequently; no real direction or strategy by management, and they'll lay you off without any type of review or notice. The GM is from a totally different commodity industry, and knows nothing about doors and hardware.
