      Rapid Growth - Talent, skills and experience will compete with any of the big 4 consulting companies. It all starts with overall company culture. Everyone functioning as a single unit, egos are in check. Leadership is approachable and open for new ideas. Benefits are outstanding

      Cons

      A little be responsiveness and interaction with mid-executive teams would be appreciated.

      It's work and that's all.

      Cons

      Management is non-existent. Owner is a condescending jerk that loves nothing more than to talk about himself. Will steal your contacts and not pay you owed commission if you are let go.
