All top performers receive regular reviews and salary increases and promotions are based on performance, business contribution and skill acquisition.
In relation to training and career development, AccessHQ has implemented a number of programs in the past 12 months such as Your ROAD and our online training portal; SkillsHub. Your Principal Consultant is always available to work with you to help assess any skill deficiencies and put together a career development plan. They will also provide ongoing mentoring and support should you require it.
If you do not have access to these programs please reach out to your People & Culture Manager who will help you.
