Quick hiring process Easy workload decent pay (especially if you fresh out of college, wouldn't recommend working if you have aren't)
Cons
Benefits are not the best Doesn't take care of night shift people (rest assured if something goes wrong you will be blamed) No Work life Balance (literally nights and weekends) with no plans to change the shift around event when work was really slow on weekends and busy on week days
