AccessCNY has the most positive and inclusive company culture I've ever been a part of. It became clear on the first day how many people love their work. There is a strong dedication to your success and the lives of those we serve. Training is comprehensive and unlike anything out there (5 days paid). They've also introduced mentoring programs and leadership development initiatives. The benefits are impressive, the work is inspiring, and they really do live their values of diversity and respect. Executive Director is very visible. Access is growing quickly so new opportunities are popping up frequently. Many opportunities to advance if you put the work in as they frequently promote internally.
