There are always some really nice students and tutors who make work enjoyable. Can be quite flexible with working hours at times. Varied work.

Very poorly managed and complete lack of organisation. Higher level staff treat students very poorly as only after money, so rest of staff take the flack for that. Roles change too frequently (sometimes weekly), so you never really know where you are from one week to the next. This includes creating new roles or renaming roles to make staff think they are advancing or to get them to do more work so they don't have to pay for additional staff. This can all cause a bit of a finger pointing, back stabbing environment.

Access is a great company to work for, with a great 'family feel' amongst all the team. There is lots of opportunity for career progression as the management team are always happy to assist with training and helping you achieve your overall career goal.

Occasional staff shortages due to holidays/sickness.
