Great company - Manager Access Self Storage (NJ) Employee Review

Great work/life balance, flexible schedule, PTO, paid holidays, kind staff at all levels.

Open 7 days/week so evenings and weekends are required, but the hours are still better than retail.

Daytime hours. 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year. Some very nice customers. Some managers can be good.

Poorly managed. Home office is very hands off. Has no idea whats going on within individual locations. Buildings are in disrepair. Site managers can be shady, selfish and highly inconsistent on a day to day basis as they make up and change their own rules to suit their needs or message at any given moment.
