      Open cubicle workspace can get a bit distracting and noisy.

      Thank you for your feedback. I understand that open cubicles can be distracting, however it does support our company value of collaboration. Our newest cubicles will address this issue by providing a sliding door too limit noise and traffic.

      The team is great and the leads really help you along your way.

      There isn't much room for growth within the company. You are pretty stagnant until something opens up.
