Pros

Not a "mill" atmosphere, continuing ed opportunities within the company, team environment

Cons

Very low/non-competitive salary: your pay is based off payor mix and patient compliance (so if a patient cancels, it counts against your pay). Make sure you completely understand the ins and outs of the "bonus" structure (which is not actually a bonus; they give you a low base pay and use the top tier of what you can POTENTIALLY make to calculate your salary. So you'll probably make well under market value in the end after patients cancel and your payor mix...something you can't control...is taken into account). They offer very little money for continuing ed courses outside those held by the company. Too much reliance on MDs as a referral source.
