Our employees do care deeply about the customers and our organization, and work hard every day to make the right things happen.
Obviously we are disappointed with some of the points you make, and we will work tirelessly to assure that every employee understands the value they bring and management’s commitment to building and growing our business. Our business plan is designed to build cash flow reinvest both in people and in systems – both critical to serve our customers. We strive to build the best business we can, everyday.
