This is a great place to work for. We are a family oriented company. One of core values is "We care about work and each other". This statement is very true. Pay. Based on my research on Glassdoor and other platforms Access falls under market value when it comes to pay. Everyone is different and there are people that value pay over a laid back work environment so please make sure you are comfortable with the pay.
