Not only do we look out for each other not just in work situations but also in our personal lives. I have made lifetime friends working at this company.

Pay. Based on my research on Glassdoor and other platforms Access falls under market value when it comes to pay. Everyone is different and there are people that value pay over a laid back work environment so please make sure you are comfortable with the pay.
