      Pros

      This is a great place to work for. We are a family oriented company. One of core values is "We care about work and each other". This statement is very true. Not only do we look out for each other not just in work situations but also in our personal lives. I have made lifetime friends working at this company.

      Cons

      Pay. Based on my research on Glassdoor and other platforms Access falls under market value when it comes to pay. Everyone is different and there are people that value pay over a laid back work environment so please make sure you are comfortable with the pay.

      The people that work here care about each other professionally as well as personally.

      Sometimes meetings are a little long and directed towards a specific group versus all the attendees.

      Pros

      Access Management has provided a supportive educational environment which allows its employees to grow and learn. Management has been willing to assist employees in challenging matters and maintains an open door policy. Management has also been willing to entertain suggestions and ideas presented. In addition, there is PTO for your birthday and many floating holidays with pay.

      Cons

      Although I am well versed in the Access Management System, there are some occasional challenges. There have been times when insufficient notice was given for updating the system, thereby putting the managers in a crunch.
