      Staff cracking on despite the politics and the cons

      Cons

      Closed management, family business. CEO was chairman's niece, could do no wrong while others suffered disproportionate criticism and abuse. Need to be able to give no stars.....

      Pros

      Great team of people, very supportive and helpful management.

      Cons

      Work from home majority of the time although there is an office in NYC. I wouldn't even consider this a con but great if you enjoy WFH!

      Pros

      Company energy is very friendly, and management is super flexible. Workload is manageable and team members are always trying to help you learn.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive - salaries should be higher.
