Wonderful clients with flexible schedule options

Lack of training and supervision, very little oversight, combative management styles, poor communication from management, high staff turn over rate, lack of transparency

Clients are amazing and coworkers are fun to work with. Casual dress and ability to do fun activities all day.

Management are bullies and the staff turnover is high. They don’t want someone who will question their ways or call them out on what they are doing. Pay is not nearly enough, paying out of pocket to work and when asked for more they refuse. They will gang up on you and talk behind your back about nonsense. Instead of changing their ways they laugh about employees who can’t handle the stress of their manipulative behaviours.
