Great co-workers, lackluster management - Anonymous employee Access Health CT Employee Review

Management consistently has poor communication, and passes blame between departments. No one can create cohesive messaging/culture across the company. One manager could be great, while another isn't, and it seems that a lot of time has been spent in-fighting. Work policies will often change between departments and managers. It is a very toxic work environment overall. Room for growth seems to largely depend on being in favor with particular members of management.
