      Pay rise every year. Highest is around 7%

      Cons

      No procedures in place for new ways of working Management do not care about how people feel these days In an AI era, everything needs to be done asap and at the highest quality which puts extra pressure on the people. Lots of issues with adopting AI and are expected to do manual, automation, performance. You need to do the work of 3 people at once

      Pros

      Access was a great place to work while it existed. There were constant challenges and opportunities to learn. The employees were challenged to make a difference.

      Cons

      Access Group was practically dissolved with all but a mere 5% of its employees left to carry on the name. If your difference didn't work there were consequences.
