10yThank you for your feedback. As stated previously, we use this tool (along with several others) to help identify strengths, weaknesses, issues that need to be addressed and where we might need to focus our energy.
As a reminder, in accordance with our open-door policy, all Access team members are encouraged to bring concerns to the attention of the local management team, who is in the best position to provide immediate solutions, especially to anything unsafe that needs immediate attention.
Simply put, we strive to properly staff every location allowing all of our team members the personal and family time that we all deserve, while properly compensating our team members at fair market and living wages. We have made many improvements in the past year alone to further our commitment to this goal and more our being implemented in 2016.
Another one of our goals remains providing the very best service and due to our rapid growth we have relied on our team members to service our clients which can require overtime. While not ideal when overtime becomes the norm or excessive, we appreciate team members, like you, going the extra mile and providing the very best service to make sure our clients’ needs are met.
Finally, a safe work environment is a minimum standard for us and workplace safety is fundamental to our success. All of our workplace policies and practices are designed to provide a safe work environment for every single team member. Any and all claims regarding any unsafe working practices will be investigated and handled swiftly.
