      Pros

      I have been working with Access for over two years now. I have a great leadership team that I report to, I've never been so blessed with awesome managers. I have been promoted twice in my two years here and have been appropriately compensated. I genuinely enjoy working for Access.

      Cons

      The only issues I have faced at Access, I have been able to reach out for help and change or compromise has been made.

      Pros

      Trusted by coworkers to get teamwork done. No micromanaging, Pays is appropriate.

      Pros

      Teammates work together and most management at VP level and below care for their teams.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and accountability at executive leadership level, benefits are expensive, doesn't promote from within, do not pay commissions on time and sometimes not at all. OTE is unachievable
