Pros
I had an excellent boss who was a VP. He was knowledgable, willing to teach, and truly a boss you could see as a mentor. We was very approachable and could offer a young person just starting a lot to learn. Hardworkers all-around. Unlimited PTO
Cons
There are some dysfunctionalities which come with each job. However, this job was no stranger to it. You role will change because the Integration Management Office has to adapt as challenges come your way. Turnover also affects that but only to a certain extent (normal turnover in IMO). However, there is a sense of riggidness that I think will irk some.
