I agree that good access to data has become a pretty serious hindrance at this point, which is why we are investing in a Master Data Management (MDM) project and hiring a new Chief Information Officer. The MDM project will help to aggregate all of our data across our many platforms, including investment in some new systems, with the goal of turning all of our data into usable information. This project will take some time, and we are officially in stage 0 (zero) scoping the project, but we do expect to make strides before the end of year.
