      good working environment was there for all employees ,so i enjoyed my work there,Good behave from all employees i got there,so it was wonderful experiences,

      weak human resource management was prevailing there.so i felt a bit restless there .

      Good work and Personal life balance, Salary payments on time

      Cons

      No Job Security, Except the HQ Senior Management Staffs all staffs are under Project Basis, If project ends and no extension or new project comes then you will be layed off. You may get salary increment but no promotions at all Lots of Office Politics Micro Management by VP level employees No Tranings at all
