First off some of hr and ALL of management team are rude and try to act like they can talk to you however they want. Next, you have no type of work/life balance because they just want you to work work work. We make millions of aligners and get no type of bonus just extra 10 minutes for lunch, but the managers get a bonus. I've have applied for 5 different jobs in the company and have been told i had no experience in jobs that are entry level. If you apply for this company and its a hourly position prepare to get disappointed and be ready to quit. The only employees that get treated good and taken care of are salary employees. They come in whenever play with Nerf guns like kids and then get catered food everyday. Its sad some of the hourly employees dont have money to eat lunch everyday then you see people eating full plates of food, its really sad. Production workers get payed the least amount and never receive a raise never. Just run away, and the people who respond be quiet you dont even know what happens in Antioch locations.
