      Culture was great. Intelligent people and fun projects.

      Cons

      Middle management. Brought in the have control of team and agile direction but was “tamed” by management. Seemed to be due to fear of the autonomous team strategy. No need for helicopter middle management.

      Great company to work for! Excellent, supportive leadership. Smaller company feel with access to corporate perks from our parent company.

      Cons

      No clue as what the employers they place contractors into even do. Seems that they only want to fill positions so they can collect a portion of your paycheck. Place you and forget about you...no follow-up, no engagement, no support.
