Pros
Some employees are nice to work with. The Crosstown Civic Credit Union was much better before it became Access.
Cons
CEO never met the team. Worked there after the merge and never met him once. Mona Forsen was a much better CEO than Larry Davies. Access is not like CCCU. CCCU was a nice, multicultural company. Access seems to only hire Mennonites or people they can take advantage of by forcing their employees to use the credit union as their bank. And then treat them terribly as members.
