      Pros

      Good if you are disabled or a vulnerable individual If you are able bodied they don’t care, it’s all about securing funding. Stay away for your own sanity

      Cons

      Senior managers are the weakest I’ve ever worked with, power hungry to say the least. For a charity to promote Zero hours contracts says it all really.

      Very clicky, people are given positions based on companies current agenda not always by suitability or experience and qualifactions
