      Pros

      I worked at Access Care Partners formally WestMass Elder Care for about 9 months as a mealsnon wheels delivery driver delivery meals to the elderly and disabled. I really enjoyed my time here and built some meaningful connections with the staff and clients. The staff truly cares about ther employees and will support you in any way they can.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times as they keep you on a strict time limit to not go over hours.

      Great place to work. Nice work life balance with working a hybrid schedule. 4-5% annual raise Great PTO

      Cons

      Might be a bit of micromanaging but I'm not one to hate that. Some other do.
