Great entry position to turn into a career

The managing partners are smart and accessible when I have questions. They are flexible and let me "do my job" - I have quite a bit of autonomy and report to them on a regular basis.

I have not come across anything negative, and though that may seem false, it isnt' I'm writing this review to offset the false negative one on here as this company, IMO is nothing but great to me and the rest of the employees. I think those two other reviews were from people that are generally unhappy with a lot more than just thier jobs.
