Pros
minimal work, 1-2 company lunches per month, most holidays paid and off, affordable med/dental/vision coverage, 401k 6% match and financial advisors.
Cons
no positive encouragement only negative feedback from management, manager to managed ratio is almost 1:1, promotions happen without compensation unless asked for, backpay is not given unless asked for, disconnect in work culture, management directors are always butting heads, only a few employees have been there more than 5 years, many positions have a high turn over rate, very biased pay and favoritism between seasoned employees and new ones.
