      No work pressure , Easily Exposure to projects.

      NO proper training , manager is useless ,no senior employees, no growth , company as no growth , even employees also nogrowth if they stay for long time.

      Pros

      Down to earth, always available and willing to work with employee to learn new products, or any changes in the company. Flexible and amazing work/life balance, understanding with emergency situations with children. An absolute joy tow work for.

      I can’t think of any whatsoever.
