Pros
Decent benefits with a platform where you can choose discounts and vouchers.
Cons
• Constant pressure to travel to the office on delegation, even if you live 10+ hours away in a completely different part of the country
• High levels of burnout, with zero concern for employee wellbeing
• The company promotes language courses, but in reality no one can attend because project work always comes first. If that’s the case, stop advertising them as a benefit
• Extremely toxic management: any suggestions for improvement are immediately shut down — often with shouting
• If you raise issues, you’ll be told directly: “resign or keep quiet”
• Bullying: managers openly tell team members what others have said about them during private conversations
• Training is almost non-existent, and there’s no real support from seniors or management. Even the seniors are outdated and unable to help
• Career development is a joke. Non-technical employees, often from HR and Recruiting, are “helped” by their friends, employees inside the company to CHEAT on technical tests and get placed on projects they’re not qualified for. Meanwhile, skilled technical people quit due to lack of fair raises or because they can’t tolerate the environment anymore
• Promotions and project assignments are entirely based on connections and INSIDER FAVORS, not merit
• Certifications are advertised as a perk, but when you request one, you’ll be delayed indefinitely until you give up and pay for it yourself
• Salaries are well below market average
• Since 2023, senior and highly skilled employees have been leaving in large numbers
• Absolutely no meritocracy: talented people quit, while poorly prepared or non-technical employees (mostly from HR/Recruiting) stay and advance thanks to favoritism and internal networking
