Hot and dirty when warm

I loved working for this company. The pay and benefits were exceptional, the atmosphere was terrific and the people were very nice. It is the only job i ever had where the management seemed to truly care about having happy employees. The listed CEO is not the current one, who is a vast improvement.

It is still the best company I ever worked for, but there was a bit of an issue with executive disagreement. This cause one a seemingly careless use of revenue and also a continually changing corporate plan on how to achieve success. Ideas of people lower on the chain were disguarded, though sometimes due to budget and access restraints more than dismissal of the idea.
